Off the Hook - Waterford Walls 2025
To round off the summer, I had the pleasure of painting at this year’s Waterford Walls Festival. For this piece, I decided to work from a reference photo I took of our old family phone - something simple, familiar, and full of quiet nostalgia.
Unlike my other murals this year, this one was all about restraint and focus. I painted the entire piece with just one brush, embracing the challenge and enjoying the slower, more meditative process. It felt like a fitting way to close out a busy summer of murals - reconnecting with the essence of painting itself.
